All items are pre-owned and sold as-is. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and photographs highlighting each item's unique characteristics, including wear consistent with age. Please review photos carefully and reach out with any questions prior to purchase.

🔁 Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless an item arrives significantly different from the listing description.

If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

We ship with trusted carriers and provide tracking for all orders. Shipping timelines vary based on the size, fragility, and destination of each item. Local delivery or pickup may be available upon request (Palm Beach, FL area).

At LeftBehind Art & Antiques, we take great care in packaging and shipping your order. In the rare event of damage during transit, please review our return and refund policy below:

📦 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Do not discard any packaging materials or the damaged item.
Keep everything in its original condition—this includes the shipping box, inner packing materials, and the item itself.
Do not release items to the carrier until the claim process is complete.

📸 What’s Required for a Claim:

Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)
A description of the issue

Failure to comply may result in a denied claim due to insufficient documentation.
